Being the nephew of a stingy billionaire hated by all the inhabitants of Duckburg city isn?t an easy matter, especially if you are penniless. It is the case of Donald who has to accept a whole series of odd jobs in order to pay off his debts to his uncle Scrooge.

Besides, Donald has a girlfriend named Daisy Duck who is courted by his cousin Gladstone Gander. He is extremely lucky and did not even need to work to live but just participate in some lotteries or sweepstake. Donald is still fortunate to have three well educated, very intelligent and bright nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie who are members of Junior Woodchucks.

Many other characters of the fantastic Disney universe appear from time to time in the adventures of Donald like Clarabelle the cow, the inventor Gyro Gearloose and even Mickey Mouse.
