“Fight Club” is a movie that was adapted from the novel “Fight Club” written by Chuck Palahniuk directed by David Fincher starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton.

The movie tells the story of a guy, played by Edward Norton who, apparently lives a normal life, has a normal job, yet, has some problems falling asleep. His doctor refuses to give him the medicine to cure him, and asks him to go at a testicular cancer support meeting, so as to be satisfied with his lot.

Edward Norton goes and finds the experience extremely beneficial. He starts crying and realizes it let go some deep emotions which he usually kept within his mind. This helps him more than he expected, and he starts sleeping again. Therefore, the guy decides to go and attend to other support groups meetings.

One day, he understands he's not the only one to do that. A girl, named Marla, attends exactly the same meetings for almost the same reasons. He stops attending the meetings and becomes insomniac again.

Shortly after that, during a trip, Edward meets Tyler Durden (played by Brad Pitt), a soap salesman. They start talking and Tyler gives Edward his card. Later that night, Edward goes back home to find his apartment got destroyed in a fire. He decides to give Tyler a call and they meet again. Edward asks him if he can stay over his place for the night, and Tyler agrees on the condition that Edward hits him. This is how the fight club got created.

Fight clubs spread like wildfire in all big cities. The end of the movie I cannot tell you, for I shall not spoil. However, the movie is worth seeing it. If you like blood, fist fights, violence and muscular monstrance, and a real substance as well, you should see it.
