In a labyrinth, one has to find the exit in a maze of passages that lead to another path or to a dead-end. In a maze, one can get lost. The paths can be separated by different kind of walls or separations, it may be bushes, concrete, water... and be low or high so you can see -or not- where you are going.

Labyrinths may be short or very long, like the “Labyrinth Aventure” in Switzerland that is 1.86 miles long. Some labyrinths propose some animations like fountains, sound tracks, and so on, as to entertain or frighten the visitor.

The labyrinth pattern exists for very long, some representations that have been found date from the prehistory! Strangely, the pattern has been discover in many different civilizations all over the world.
