Sakura is one of the heroin from the manga Naruto. Her full name is Sakura Harunto, that can be translated by cherry tree (Sakura) of the spring plains (Harunto). This translation emphasizes how much this character embodies the charm and the beauty touch in this very violent ninja universe. This heroin is surrounded by the two main characters of the manga : Sasuke and Naruto. The first one seems to be the ideal ninja of whom she seems to be in love with, and the second one is the unpredictable ninja whose genuine force is always hard to determine.

Thus, Sakura will be the mediator of these two heroes with completely different tempers, and little by little, she will turn from the drag, unskilled in fights into a great medical ninja with an unbelievable strength.

This evolution is above all emphasized in the second part of the manga Naruto Shipuuden when Naruto and Sakura started seeking their friend Sasuke who abandoned them in order to pursue his personal goals. The pretty Sakura becomes a warrior able to defend herself on her own, which makes a big difference compared to the first part of the manga.
