Smurfs : All The Best Free Flash Games Relating To Smurfs

«The Smurfs» are little blue characters who live all together in a Smurf Village, a village made of mushroom houses. They came straight from the imagination of the Belgian comic illustrator Peyo and appeared in a series of eponymous comic strips. In the English speaking countries, the Smurfs are mostly known through a TV series from the Hanna Barbera show.

The Smurfs probably live in the Middle-Ages. These «three apples tall» characters are in average 110 years old, except for Papa Smurf who is 542.
Apart from Papa Smurf, who's aged enough to grow a beard, Smurfs all, but really all, look like. They have identical physical traits. They eat green-brier leaves and like to rock the party!! They speak a weird language, the Smurf language, a human-based language in which nouns and verbs are sometimes randomly substituted for the noun or conjugated verb “smurf”. Instead of saying “i'm going to fetch some water”, a Smurf would rather say “I”m going to Smurf some water”.

Smurfs

The Smurf's “one and only” enemy is Gargamel, a human who swore to God he'll find a trick to catch and kill all the Smurfs, especially since the Smurfs gave him a hard time (at first, he wanted to make a sort of Philosopher's stone with Smurf juice). He lives in a crumbly castle with his cat Azrael and never, but really never, manages to remember the forest path leading to the Smurf Village.

The accurate number of Smurfs living in the Village is not known, but some «lead» Smurfs may be recognized through a name and a characteristic feature, like a garment, or a typical attitude. The Brainy Smurf wears glasses; he's the Mister Knows it All and always gives moral lessons. The Hefty Smurf is muscled and has a tattoo on his arm, the jokey Smurf likes doing tricks and offering exploding gifts...

Smurfs have no sexual life. Before Gargamel sent a Smurfette to sow confusion within the Village, the readers might have wondered if the Smurfs had any gender identity. Many readers regard the Smurfs as an apology of life in a community, where peace and harmony aren't reached through the laws (there's no rules) but through a fair and equal distribution of wealth and natural resources. There's no monetary system for instance... Smurfs work jointly (when they build bridges) and alone when they have a special skill. And in the later case they always share with the community. The only figure of authority is Papa Smurf, because he's wise and knows magic...
