Summer is the warmest season of the four. It is also the time for vacation and people enjoy going on trips, discovering new countries or regions as to change scenery and relax. Summer, for Northern Hemisphere countries, falls on June, 21 and ends on September, 21. Summer is characterized by the length of its days, for the sun rises longer than during the rest of the year.

People mostly use this period to practice outdoor activities, enjoy some leisure time, go tan on the beach and meet around pools where they can make barbecues and eat some ice creams. People that go on trips make new friends and sometimes fall in love. These romances are known as summer romances and even when they don't last long, they often leave a feeling of fullness and happiness. Indeed, at that time of the year, you are less bothered by home tasks since everything happens outside and the beautiful days that go on and on feed your mind with complete enchantment!
