By placing or moving a pawn, you have to put face to face 2 of your pawns of identical colour and situated at the level 2, 3 or 4 of a pile. During the game, the players must respect 2 important conditions:
- A pile must never be made of 4 pieces.
- A player can't move an opponent piece but he can take one that would be find above one of your pieces.
Each player in turn must choose one of the 2 following actions:
- Place one of his pieces not yet on the game on a free square or on an already existing pile or,
- Move one of his pieces to an immediate neigbhouring square, bringing the pieces that are above the square if there is one.
