I got World of Warcraft today. I know, I know; you either think I'm too late to the game or shouldn't have walked into that minefield at all. I blame Humphrey Cheung, one of our faithful news editors over on TG Daily who stuck the idea into my head out in LA two weeks ago.
Fortunately for those concerned folk who do not want to see me stuck in WoW for the rest of my days, the WoW Europe website seems to be totally fooked to the point that setting up an account is impossible. Agree to the terms, enter the authentication key, your details; I've got as far as "Choose payment method" on one of about a half a dozen tries before it invariably fails to load the next page or spits out an error message in gibberish.

Nice Timing, you picked the week where blizzard decided to turn on PTR (Player
Test Realms) for the much anticipated expansion pack (ok, actually its a preview
subset of the code that excludes almost all the good bits, but you get the
point).Therefore the world and his dog (WoW players all of them) are in the
process of copying their chars over to the PTR, which is a (you guessed it) web
based process.Que IIS/Apache meltdown.I recommend trying at a silly time (like

So I got the game today and I'm trying to create an account for hours now. They
didn't even put a notice on the web about the application being out of order. We
are paying customers, doesn't that stand for something?When can we expect to be
able to create an account?

i just got wow burning crusade and am now making the account for wow but the authentication key is "not correct" those bastards and now im doing everything i can but wait its not working,but ill dtill try to do this crap.and after all 2 days ago i got to the pay methods and wam is f#cked up
